Watching the DHL Stormers with my friend at Newlands.

Winning all games in Europe with the Junior Boks.

Who has had the biggest impact on your career and why?

Hannes Prinsloo, he helped me stay fit and strong through from the beginning of my rugby career.

What do you like to do when you are not playing rugby?

Braai, socialize with friends and swim.

Who has been the most influential person in your life and why?

Both my parents have played an huge role in where I am today and have always been 100% behind me in everything I do.

What is your favourite city you have visited and why?

Venice, I am a huge fan of the city's concept that it is built on water and all the different shops.

Chicken Schnitzel and salad.

Duane Vermeulen.
